Miss Personality..

11 Months old and a personality to match. She certainly lets you know what she wants, and shes not afraid to tell you off.

She also has the sweetest smile, and can melt your heart with her hugs & kisses.

How many of you can bend all the way over and chew on your shoe?

And no one loves their brother more than "Miss Kenzie Girl"

Ice Castles, Fishing, and a Turkey.....

We took a ride up to Midway to see the Ice Castles. I heard about it a few weeks ago on the news and thought it would be fun to see.

It was spectacular.

It was spectacular until I found out the price to actually go inside! So we took pictures from the outside, along with a dozen or so other people who I'm guessing didn't want to pay either. Theres just something about paying to see....ICE.
(I'm sure my children are rolling their eyes and shaking their heads, wondering if I will ever stop being a cheapskate....the answer is No!)

As we came back we passed by Deer Creek and noticed all the "Ice Fishermen" & Women. You have to have nerves of steel, be a little insane, or absolutely love to fish.....to actually walk out on a frozen lake and make a hole in it and cast a line!

The best part of the day was this Turkey, he was too funny.

We had gone down a dead end street and had to turn around. As we pulled into this driveway we noticed this big old turkey.

And he noticed us. He Fanned his feathers, and started charging the truck, too funny. So of course I had to take pictures.
Who knew that a farmer would have a "Guard Turkey"

The Pizza Man

Kai loves to help in the kitchen.

I remembered when my kids were little, I would beg them to help me, but it was more important to run outside and play. So I love that Kai is such a helper. He will sometimes come up with some interesting concoctions.....and I always tell him "You make it ...You taste it" The other day He wanted to make his "OWN" pizza.

He made sure he had enough flour in the dough.

Kneading the dough is very important.

Cheesy smiles are optional.....

Rolling it out into a circle is pretty tricky. So any shape will do.

A little dab of pizza sauce goes along way.

It's not a pizza without pepperoni.

And finally the all important CHEESE!

Kai made a very Yummy Pizza.

I think I am going to like having this cute little chef helping me in the kitchen.

Swimming with Erin

In the Adult program Erin has activities on Wednesdays. They usually get to choose what they want to do. If given a choice she will chose Swimming.

Erin Loves Swimming. Here She is waiting for her friends and one of the teachers to help her. I love that they will get in the pool with her.

Erin loves the lazy river.

She even comes down the slide on her own. There is someone at the bottom to help her get herself "right side up" She tends to sink! Its like she is full of lead or something.

They also go to The Movies, Nickelcade, The Mall, The Food Bank, and The Animal shelter. She always has a lot of Fun. And she is totally pooped out by the time she gets home.

B's Family

Now it doesn't take much for me to talk Mandy or for Mandy to talk me into doing pictures, The problem starts when one of us (usually Mandy) has to ask Brandon about it. He can be a bit stubborn. And he always says "We just did pictures" even if it has been a year or more.

Two of my favorite little munchkins!

Kai showing us his muscles.

Kenzie, the sweetest baby around!

I love this picture.
I love how serious Kai & Kenzie look. And I have always told Brandon and Mandy to Just Keep Smiling no matter what.

These are the beginning pictures.....Brandon, "How long is this going to take, I'm sure there's a Jazz game on somewhere?" Mandy, "Are we really having this conversation, AGAIN!"

And here is the end result.
I love taking pictures, especially of family.

P.S. Mandy has more Pics on her Blog.

(don't tell Brandon but we are going to do it all again when Kenzie turns 1 in a couple of months)
